seventeen/ten

This year I have been travelling around England and Wales in an attempt to visit every county during 2010. At the time of writing this I have so far visited 38 counties, with 18 remaining (on my slightly modified list based on 'ceremonial' counties).

The main aim in each county has been to visit a place or places and to take some photographs to try to reflect the county in a 'good light'. It's nothing more targeted than that, but so far its been a very rewarding experience visiting many of the counties that I normally fly through on a motorway or have simply never visited at all.

Following an eventful month that has seen me attending gala-dinners and a graduation ceremony, I rounded the whole thing off nicely with a trip sailing the schooner Trinovante around the Norwegian coast from Trondheim coming into Måløy alongside the other tall-ships completing their race from Liverpool.
